Jon Gelsey is a seasoned professional with an impressive background in technology, business, and leadership roles.

As the former CEO of Xnor.ai, a company focusing on creating deep neural network machine learning models for AI applications, Jon oversaw the successful acquisition of the company by Apple in January 2020.

Prior to that, Jon served as the CEO of Auth0, a prominent IDaaS provider, playing a pivotal role in its growth from 5 to nearly 300 employees internationally. Auth0 raised over $100M in venture capital under Jon's leadership and expanded its customer base to over 100 countries.

Jon has extensive experience in VC/M&A deal analysis, evaluation, and execution, particularly in deals involving complex tech and business model components. He is known for his negotiation skills and strategic leadership in charting new territories in technology, products, and business models.

During his tenure at Microsoft, Jon was involved in several high-profile transactions, contributing to over $1.6B in incremental operating income for the company. His product management expertise includes working on successful projects like the Convex Exemplar SPP-1xxx and Mentor Calibre.

Jon's system architecture and design projects have been groundbreaking, including contributions to successful minisupercomputers like the Convex C2 and commercial GaAs supercomputers like the Convex C3. He is also an inventor of a patented thermally efficient hydrogen storage system.
