LinkedIn: Please celebrate with me! 🎉 I made my Korean dad proud! 🟥🟩🟦🟨 . . . On my last day of classes at UBC Sauder School of Business I look forward to my next steps. Thank you The University of British Columbia for preparing me for my dream role:

🌟 A Program Manager Intern with Microsoft's Cloud & AI team! 🌟

This was a team win. Many thanks go out to Philman Yeung, Edwin Chan, Stefan Bojanic, Rachit Kumar M., and Rene Huang. Thanks for that book Gayle McDowell. Of course, a big thanks to LinkedIn for notifying me of the role!

But most importantly, this one goes out to my dad Min Kim. He who sacrificed for me, pushed me, and supported me for 22 years. He often tells the story of how he, as a stoic immigrant struggling with English, found himself at Microsoft's Seattle gates when he was a new grad in the '90s.

Till yesterday that was perhaps his biggest "what if".

Today he dances with me as we conclude this 'generational redemption arc'. 🕺 🕺 🕺 Thank you Microsoft!
