For professional service companies, understanding revenue and client churn is just the beginning. To effectively improve client renewals, you need to dig deeper into why clients leave. Here are key areas to analyze:
-
Service Analysis: Did clients leave because of a specific service issue? Industry Analysis: Are you losing clients from sectors that are underperforming?
-
Overall Experience: Is your account management team failing to deliver a world-class experience?
-
Out Innovated: Did a competitor offer a superior solution?
-
Results: Despite strong execution, are you not achieving the desired results for clients?
-

When I am not working on growing Fiscal Advocate, Inc. I spend a lot of my time coaching my daughters and their teammates on technical soccer skills. I recently pursued my USSF D license with the goal of becoming a great coach.
