Jon Moser is a senior life sciences leader specializing in portfolio decision-making for biopharma companies. He has worked for Evaluate Ltd for several years, leading the company's evolution from a data provider to a predictive analytics and insights partner. Highlights
The past few months have been crazy! We had our first baby late last year, followed that by moving house a couple of weeks ago, and finally I started a new role last week. I’ve heard that these are three of the most stressful life-events, and each -in its own way- has been, but each brings so much reward!
Last week, I started a new role as Chief Product Officer of Airfinity Ltd; I’m a few days in and it feels like the right time to share with my network some of the incredible work that they (we!) are doing.
Airfinity personifies the concept of “tech for good”, and has built a series of solutions to monitor and plan for future pandemics, to track and inform decision-making across infectious disease, and more recently to model out the socioeconomic and population health impact of new classes of drugs.
Having spent a lot of time exploring Airfinity’s value proposition over the past weeks, I’m excited both to learn more about our immensely valuable tools, analytics and insights, but also to build a deeper appreciation of the millions of data points that are currently being ingested and normalised to power these market leading solutions.
It's day four, I’m surrounded by a team of mission-focused, superbly bright, and amazingly welcoming people, and I’m SO ready for this exciting new challenge.

After almost two decades, my time with Norstella and Evaluate comes to a close this week.
As I reflect on those nineteen years in various roles, I am incredibly grateful both for the opportunities that have been given to me by so many people, and for the friendships and collegiate relationships that I have built with so many of you, who make up my network here on LinkedIn.
During that time, the team and I grew Evaluate from a minnow into a biopharma commercial intelligence juggernaut, supporting thousands of drug development decisions and providing deep insights to our partners across biopharma and their supporting ecosystem. I am especially proud of leading the development of the Omnium suite of products, which marked the beginning of Evaluate’s journey from data to analytics and insights.
Huge kudos goes to the many incredibly bright and driven partners and customers from biopharma and beyond, who have supported me and my teams in the development of the multitude of innovations, new products and enhancements over the years.
The past few years has seen Evaluate combine with other leading brands to form Norstella, and I wish my ex-colleagues, new and old, from across the group every success in the future.
This is not goodbye. I hope that many of you will remain in touch over the coming weeks and months, as I transition to a new role. More on that to follow soon.
