We're nearing the age of the B2B Swarm Commander 🤖

Ultra-lean teams commanding an array of automations.

It's already happening with physical drones driven by one person and AI, and it's coming to b2b.

In this future world, a CEO would hire one account executive who co-pilots automations for:

🦾 SDR inbound & outbound  🦾 AI chatbots and phone calls  🦾 Product tours that personalize themselves  🦾 Automated deal execution, quoting, and invoicing

The Swarm Commander can select a play to be executed, making adjustments as needed.

Then the AI executes the play.

🦿 Need to shift your business model to sell to a new ICP? Deploy the play. 🦿 Notice that new messaging is working and want to double down? Deploy the play. 🦿 Want to sell in a new country while maintaining a consistent customer experience? Deploy the play.

With such low headcount, businesses will run cheaper and adapt faster than ever.

The incentives to go in this direction are clear.

The question is how will we get there.

Consultants can help businesses keep up with new AI.

RevOps may branch into AI-Ops.

Individuals will have to learn new skills.

Everyone will face rising competition.

No matter what, it will be interesting...

What do you think of the Swarm Commander concept?

Today is my last day at Soul Machines after an amazing 3 years of selling such an innovative & cutting-edge product, digital people. Thank you to the fantastic leadership that gave me the incredible opportunity to grow with Soul Machines and be a part of such a passionate, thoughtful and diverse team.

As difficult as it was to decide to leave Soul Machines, I know that my passions lie down a path of entrepreneurship with earlier-stage startups. This means working with teams that need to learn fast, craft their first sales playbook, and consistently reinvent themselves to build value for customers.

Grateful for this opportunity to grow and excited to start on this next chapter!
