Jonathan Kavourakis is a seasoned chef with a diverse culinary background, currently serving as the chef at Little Crab Hospitality.

He has held various pivotal roles in the culinary industry, including being the former Executive Chef/Partner at VANDAL, Executive Chef at the stanton social, and Sous Chef at both the stanton social and Beauty and Essex.

Jonathan's culinary journey began as a line cook at Commerce Restaurant, where he honed his skills in a fast-paced kitchen environment. He then furthered his experience as an Expo/line cook/FOH manager at Broadway Diner, showcasing his versatility and leadership abilities.

His tenure at different reputable establishments has equipped him with a wealth of expertise, creativity, and a deep understanding of the culinary arts, making him a well-rounded and accomplished professional in the culinary world.
