Jonathan Massey is a seasoned attorney with a wealth of experience in appellate and trial litigation, having argued over 60 cases in federal and state courts of appeals and three cases in the U.S. Supreme Court.

He gained recognition for representing former Vice President Al Gore in the landmark case Bush v. Gore.

Jonathan Massey is also an esteemed legal educator, currently serving as a Lecturer at Harvard Law School since 2014 and having previously been an Adjunct Professor of Law at Georgetown University Law Center from 1996 to 2000.

His impressive legal career includes clerkships with notable figures such as Supreme Court Justice William J. Brennan, Jr. during the 1989 term, and Judge Abner J. Mikva at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit from 1988 to 1989.
