Jonathan Passerat-Palmbach is a research scientist at ConsenSys Health and Imperial College London. At ConsenSys Health, he specializes in privacy preserving machine learning and decentralization, utilizing techniques such as Federated Learning and Blockchains to advance healthcare systems. He has a strong expertise in Secure Computing (Trusted Execution Environments - TEEs, MPC) and Verifiable Computing (Zero-Knowledge Proofs) to enhance machine learning implementations while maintaining privacy.

Within the BioMedIA group at Imperial College London, Jonathan collaborates with Prof. Daniel Rueckert on leveraging distributed computing for AutoML. His work includes model selection, neural architecture search, and hyperparameter tuning using various methods, in partnership with the Complex Systems Institute in Paris for the OpenMOLE project.

Jonathan holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Computer Science from Université Blaise Pascal (Clermont-II) - Clermont-Ferrand. He has held various positions including Research Fellow at Imperial College London, Head of R&D and VP at Equideum Health, Scientific Advisor at Donaco LTD, Director of Cryptography and Decentralised AI at ConsenSys Health, Applied Researcher at ConsenSys, and Research Associate at Imperial College London.
