Jonathan Richman is a professional with a diverse background in digital customer experience (CX), customer strategy, enterprise partnership development, and account management. He holds a B.A. with Honors in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and has also studied Art History at Université Paris Sorbonne (Paris IV). Jonathan is currently serving as the Head of Digital CX at Ledgy, bringing his expertise in enhancing customer experiences through digital channels. Prior to this, he held a leadership role as the Head of Customer Strategy & Success, West at Knotel, where he focused on developing effective strategies to drive customer success. Jonathan's experience also includes roles at top companies such as DoorDash and Google, where he worked in enterprise partnership development and account management. His early career includes valuable apprenticeship at The Bradley Sleep and Chronobiology Lab at Brown University.
