Joni Hagebock

School Principal and Public Education Champion

Joni Hagebock is an accomplished educator with a diverse background in educational leadership and teaching.

She holds a Master of Science in Curriculum and Instruction from Mankato State University, a Specialist degree in Educational Administration from Minnesota State University, and a Licensure in Superintendency from Saint Mary's University. Joni also completed her Bachelor of Arts in English Education at St. Olaf College.

Throughout her career, Joni has held various key roles in different educational institutions. Currently, she serves as the Principal at Oltman Middle School within the South Washington County Schools district.

Her previous positions include being a Principal at Independent School District 197, an Associate Principal at Heritage Middle School, and undertaking Academic Coordinator and Administrative Assistant roles at Black Hawk Middle School within Independent School District 196 in Eagan, Minnesota.

Joni also has a background in teaching, having served as a Language Arts Teacher at Farmington Middle School, an English Teacher at Richfield Junior High, and a Language Arts Teacher at Alief Middle School. Additionally, she gained experience as a Facilitator and Coordinator at Dakota Prairie Area Learning Center.

With a wealth of experience in educational administration, teaching, and curriculum development, Joni Hagebock is dedicated to fostering a supportive learning environment for students and staff alike.
