Highlights
Welp…fully didn’t even realize it was here but might as well brag about this place some more. It’s been 3 years since day 1 as Marketing Director at Elements Mountain Company all while being an opinionated creative chasing tractors and spamming the internet with our mountain home services.
One thing I can’t stress enough is the home I’ve found here. Jaime Legare is the one who recommended the inpatient went go to and now fully knows that I run Crow's Nest Ranch Sober Living and it doesn’t bother her because she sees that I prioritize my work here. She also sees that I’m stoked to be part of this community and that I have a drive to help improve it.
So thanks for giving me the time and space to grow while also improving my snow driving skills 😎
Big shout out to the Sierra Sun here in Tahoe for featuring the launch of our new Teen Outpatient Program at Crow's Nest Ranch Sober Living!
As Ayesha Siddiqi famously said, “Be the person you needed when you were younger.”
I remember like it was yesterday when I had my first drink. No. Not a sip. I was 12 years old and I stole a full bottle of wine from the stock room of the vineyard my mother managed. I snuck out into the grape rows where I would gulp down as much as possible until I felt this immense release of all my internal anxieties and self-doubts. I was hooked. From then on the path to where I write this message today is one of hazy memories filled with self-soothing through substance abuse.
