Highlights
In my ✨ growth✨ era ~
About a year and a half ago I decided to tackle my biggest, hardest bucket list item: compete in a NPC bikini competition. I worked for nearly a year on creating habits of consistency, dedication, and resilience while focusing on my physique. Last October I stepped on stage in front of the audience, and guess what? I hated it. 🤪 Absolutely hated show day. But you know what I loved? The process of getting there. I loved pushing myself and doing the sometimes seemingly impossible. I became addicted to the feeling of discomfort.
That feeling then pushed me into launching Party Pump Co, where I'm basically always thinking, "oh s***." 😂
The same feeling had me try something completely new this weekend: trail racing! I ran in the Women's Epic OG race up at Brighton and it was a BLAST. Here's a fun little recap of the race from the PPC instagram. https://lnkd.in/gkzBvHd3
Grateful for people in my life who have shown me that I can do truly anything I put my mind to.
