Hi everyone - I am looking for a new role and would appreciate your support! Thank you in advance for sharing your connections and opportunities! #OpenToWork

After four years at the helm of my own event studio (The Pollinate Brand), and two years on the ground-breaking of a new flagship winery project in Napa Valley (ONEHOPE), I am pivoting my focus from business development and event production. I took some much-deserved time off this Winter and I am now actively looking for a creative opportunity with an organization with shared values, passion and purpose.

My skills in designing and producing events often included "hidden" services; my creative writing and storytelling shaping a launch or invitation, event branding and original artwork to guide the design, donor activation and fundraising to reach impact goals, guest services and public speaking to drive the energy of the experience, all integral to our success.

My business development and connection-making superpowers continue to guide my growing network. I have always been attracted to roles that let me be a "relationship manager" and "public face" spreading the word for an organization. The best example was my six years in admissions and fundraising with The Oxbow School, where I attended as a high school semester student and now serve on the Board of Trustees.    Having worked with startups, high-profile brands and non-profit organizations, as well as run my own business, I understand how to cultivate and build relationships that are mission aligned. I have built strategic partnerships and networks from the ground up, admissions and recruitment programs, mobilized boards and donors, and worked with all levels of stakeholders. I thrive in intense, pressurized environments with high-level responsibilities, with an open attitude to exploring additional opportunities for partnership and collaboration with every conversation, or new layer of business.

I am an artist and have a strong background in creative, however most of my (almost decade) in Napa Valley, I have been known as a connector, event producer, fundraiser. I am interested in bringing this all together this year and contributing to a brand, strategy, creative team to bring my voice for good to an organization that needs my creative + positive thinking to lead the way.

Thank you for spreading the word! Cheers! Jordan
