Jorge Arango is a seasoned professional with a 25-year career in designing systems that enhance connectivity and knowledge sharing among individuals. He specializes in creating digital products and services that deliver long-term value.

Jorge's expertise lies in designing software user interfaces, developing clear conceptual models for complex systems, and strategically planning digital product-service ecosystems. His illustrious career includes notable achievements such as founding Central America's first web design consultancy and co-authoring the renowned 'polar bear' book by O'Reilly.

In addition to his design consultancy role, Jorge is actively involved in teaching, writing, hosting a podcast, and speaking at global user experience (UX) design conferences. Jorge holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Architecture from the University of Arkansas.
