Josep Sanjuas

Co-founder & CTO at Iomob

Josep Sanjuas is a tech enthusiast and entrepreneur with a strong background in computer science and a special interest in mobility aggregation.

After earning his PhD in Computer Science from UPC-BarcelonaTech, focusing on IP network traffic analysis, Josep co-founded Talaia Networks where he held the positions of CEO and CTO before the company was acquired by Auvik.

His passion for entrepreneurship led him to co-found Iomob, a company dedicated to mobility aggregation, where he currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO).

Josep's educational journey includes studying Computer Architecture, Networks, and Systems at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, and obtaining a Master's degree in Computer Science from the same institution.

He has also been associated with prestigious organizations like IPSI, where he honed his technical skills and expertise in the field of computer science.

With a wealth of experience as a former Vice President of Engineering at Talaia, as well as holding positions of CEO and CTO within the same company, Josep has a proven track record of leadership and innovation in the tech industry.

His research background includes roles as a Researcher at UPC-BarcelonaTech and Research Internships at Intel Labs in Berkeley, CA, and Intel Research in Cambridge, UK, showcasing his diverse exposure to the global tech landscape.

Through his active involvement in the Techstars acceleration program, coupled with successful fundraising efforts for Iomob, Josep continues to make strides in the world of technology and entrepreneurship.
