Highlights
Tim Dodd shares a very insightful peak into the state of CA cannabis and an important perspective on a new bill that would impact retailers and brands.
So cool to see Forbes recognize top leaders "paving the way towards what is becoming one of the country’s most important economic and social revolutions—transforming cannabis from a criminal enterprise into a legitimate one."
No surprise (but such an honor) to see the legend, Kyle Sherman, make the list. The technology and culture that Kyle and team is creating at Flowhub inspires me everyday.
Also, really interesting to learn the name Sunburn Cannabis comes from the arrest of the CEO's father who was running a $300M bootleg business in "Operation Sunburn" by the feds. I love how this team is differentiating their brand in Florida and enjoyed meeting some of them at Benzinga this week.
Great seeing others like Lauren Fontein and The Artist Tree team, Jim Belushi, Connected Cannabis Co., and Gilbert Milam make the list.
