When I was much younger, I would have responded truthfully with "It's a challenge that I want to conquer". However, as we get older and as life becomes more complex, the reasoning changes (at least it did for me).
Sure there's my old response of I want the challenge (which is still true), but as my life has become more complex another more important reason has come to the forefront and that's this little girl and her two brothers.
Which brings us back to what's important for not just entrepreneurs but all of us in our professional lives: "What's your why? What's your cornerstone that motivates you to do what you do every day?" Being honest with yourself and others is the key to a successful and enjoyable career.
