Highlights
New offering: Async product and executive support to startups for a fixed monthly fee.
1/ Simple and streamlined: You get me "on-call" for your product needs for a fixed monthly fee (sliding scale based on company size and funding).
2/ Seamless integration: You add me to your communication and project management tools (email, Slack, Jira, Amplitude, etc.), and I'll monitor them. When you need specific help, I have all the necessary context.
3/ Always available: I'm here to provide timely help with whatever you need. I can review user stories and PRDs, help with board decks, critique roadmaps, assist with product and company analytics, draft JDs and hiring plans, and whatever you need.
4/ Available to everyone: Typically, I'll work most closely with the CEO, cofounders, and product leadership. But I can also help engineering, GTM, and your operations team.
This works because it's async. If you have a specific question or ask, I'll typically get back to you in an hour or so and always within a business day. And when you'd prefer to hop on a quick call, I'll give you a dedicated booking link.

How often do you receive a (meaningful, useful) performance review?
If you work at a startup, the answer is probably "not often enough." And if you work at a big company, you might still not be satisfied.
For better or worse, performance reviews are one of the best ways to ensure your efforts are aligned with those of the larger organization. But too often, they're perfunctory where they should be thoughtful, abstract where they should be concrete, and detached from your actual role.
I'm working on something I call "minimum viable perf," and I'd love to hear your hopes, dreams, criticisms, thoughts, and suggestions. What do you wish for from your perf? Let me know below, or shoot me a DM.
