I'm thrilled to be participating in the #JumpOffsite2024 on September 9th! I always thoroughly enjoy being challenged by Dev Patnaik and Ryan Baum, plus my dear friend and colleague Lori Haakmeester will be joining this time around.
This will be my 3rd Offsite. I’m going back again because the insights I gained shape my decisions and strategies today and for years to come. From intimate discussions to personalized coaching, every moment was tailored to ignite a transformation within me. It’s not just an event—it’s a personal revolution. Don’t miss this unique experience.
It's not just about the intimate conversations with thought leaders or the beautiful venue (although, it is Napa!). It's the dialogue between peers across industries that sparks creativity and fosters partnerships. This is an amazing group of people committed to helping their organizations navigate unprecedented change. They see opportunities before others do. It’s people who get me and challenge me.
I'm particularly excited about the blend of future-focused ideas and the collaborative spirit that defines this event. It's a unique space to share insights about tactics, successes, and struggles while learning alongside and supporting peers.
Who else is going to be there? Let's connect beforehand! I'd love to chat about what you're looking forward to and how we can make the most of this incredible experience together. If you lead innovation and/or growth and would like to join us, please let me know.
Reflecting on the five years since my dear mother passed, I realize the profound impact she had on my life. Each day, her memory serves as a reminder of the strength, protection, and warmth she provided. Losing her meant losing parts of myself that were quintessential to who I am. I've never shared her eulogy publicly, but with the anniversary of her passing on May 11th, coinciding with Mother's Day, and during Mental Health Month, it feels fitting now more than ever to share her learnings and lessons on leadership that make me the person I am today.
