Juan Mora is a Colombian-born U.S. based entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in managing complex endeavors, communications, design-thinking, managing people, and ExO (Exponential Organizations). He is a certified ExO Consultant at ExO Works and Fastrack Institute, with an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.

Currently, Juan serves as the project manager for the Institute of Immunology and Immunotherapy at UCLA and is the CEO of Propeller Strategies, a company he founded. Propeller Strategies specializes in offering leadership tools and narratives for mission-driven leaders who prioritize people, the planet, and profit.

Throughout his career, Juan has organized over 30 forums and events and actively participated in mission-driven initiatives. Previously, he founded and led Page One Media, the publisher of PODER Magazine from 2002 to 2008, a renowned business magazine in the U.S., Mexico, and South America.

Juan is known for advising CEOs and public officials on crafting effective narratives towards their goals. His strengths lie in organizing ideas, devising strategies, and executing plans methodically. He has an extensive educational background, including studies at top institutions like Northwestern University, Stanford University, Harvard University, Georgetown University, The Wharton School, Singularity University, and more.
