She holds a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Denver, a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Georgetown University, and completed her High School Diploma at St. Martin's Episcopal School.

Julia has contributed to several organizations, including serving as an Animal Assisted Therapy Intern at Mount Saint Vincent, a Social Work Intern at Skinner Middle School, and as the Director of Community Outreach at the American Italian Renaissance Foundation.
