Julia Grace, also known as Julia Vishnepolsky, M.A., LMHC, R-DMT, is a licensed psychotherapist with a unique focus on integrating somatic and expressive arts therapy to tackle a wide array of health concerns.

Her holistic approach aims to help individuals manage pain, alleviate stress and anxiety, combat depression and trauma, navigate life changes, boost resilience, and enhance self-awareness and self-expression.

Julia has crafted and executed innovative somatic and expressive arts programs for various settings, from therapeutic schools to skilled nursing facilities, demonstrating her commitment to holistic healing methodologies.

An advocate for expressive arts therapy, Julia is actively involved in discussions regarding the convergence of healthcare and the healing arts. She is the driving force behind Alma, a nonprofit initiative dedicated to fostering a sense of community and vitality across all ages through movement, creative arts, and intergenerational bonds.

Under the umbrella of Alma, she has initiated a pioneering program that pairs at-risk youth in recovery from addiction with seniors in long-term care, yielding positive outcomes in the emotional well-being of all participants.

Her educational background includes a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Expressive Arts Therapy from Lesley University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from McGill University, among other certifications in family systems therapy, motivational interviewing, and more.

Julia has held various roles in organizations, including serving as the Founder and CEO of ALMAcares, working as a Somatic Arts Psychotherapist at Counseling with Arts, and as a Meditation Teacher at Journey Meditation.
