Julia Mulligan
Julia Mulligan is the current Chair of the Gangmasters and Labour Abuse Authority (GLAA), a position she has held since November 2021.14 Born in June 1967, she is a British Conservative politician with a diverse background in public service and law enforcement.2
Prior to her role at GLAA, Mulligan served as the Police and Crime Commissioner for North Yorkshire for nine years.1 During her tenure as a PCC, she held several significant positions:
