Julianne Knych is a former Chief of Staff to the San Francisco Engineering team at Bloomberg LP. In this role, she led Shift: A Commission on Work, Workers and Technology, a partnership between Bloomberg and New America think-tank.1 The project brought together tech CEOs, business leaders, policy advocates, and cultural influencers to examine the impact of technology, particularly automation and AI, on jobs and society.1

Prior to becoming Chief of Staff in April 2015, Julianne launched Bloomberg's first global recognition program focused on company culture, employee loyalty, and executive engagement.1 She has also held positions in people operations, employee recognition, communications, and executive engagement in New York City and San Francisco.1

Currently, Julianne works in HOLT Value & Analytics at Credit Suisse, based in New York.2 Her professional experience demonstrates a strong background in technology, business strategy, and employee engagement within the financial and tech sectors.
