Julie Greene is a dedicated professional with a background in designing, delivering, and evaluating outcomes-based challenge models. She holds a Bachelor of Social Science in Sociology and Women's Studies as well as a Masters in Education with a focus on Counselling from the University of Ottawa.

Julie has a wealth of experience in various impactful roles within renowned organizations. She has served as the Senior Lead for Impact Canada Challenges and also held positions such as (Acting) Director of Operations and (Acting) Senior Director of the Partnerships and Strategies Division at Impact Canada. Her expertise extends to roles at the Public Health Agency of Canada, where she was a Manager for Intervention Research and Knowledge Exchange Unit, Multi-Sectoral Partnerships for Diabetes and Tobacco, and held senior roles in various divisions focusing on partnership building and strategy development.

Julie's professional journey also includes significant contributions at the Canadian Institutes of Health Research as a Team Lead for the Clinical Research Initiative, and at Health Canada as a Senior Programme Consultant for the Tobacco Control Programme, Research Analyst for Mental Health Promotion, and a Counsellor at the Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario.
