Julio GALINDO is an anthropologist with a strong background in Human Rights, Community Development, working with vulnerable populations, and humanitarian assistance. His expertise lies in designing, implementing, monitoring, and evaluating social projects, along with creating strategies for resource mobilization and partnership building. Julio pursued a Master's degree in International Cooperation and Humanitarian Aid at Kalu Institute's Humanitarian Aid Studies Centre. He is currently working towards a specialization in Social Management at the Escuela Superior de Administración Pública, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Anthropology from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. He has amassed a wealth of experience working with various organizations, including the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) in roles such as Partnerships and Resource Development Officer for the Andean Countries and as the Partnerships, Resource Mobilization, and National Society Development Officer in Colombia. Julio's professional journey also includes positions at RedLRA, TERRITORIUM CIVITAS, Fundación San Antonio, Consorcio Estrategia Social 2018, and TECHO. Throughout his career, Julio has demonstrated a deep commitment to social impact and community empowerment.
