Highlights
I want to share a personal update with you all. After almost a year of being part of the incredible team at Meta, today marks the end of my journey there. Despite this unexpected change, I am filled with gratitude for the experiences I've gained, the challenges I've overcome, and most importantly, the extraordinary people I've met along the way. In particular, I'd like to extend my heartfelt thanks to James Qian and Anusha Koganti, who have been my advocates and pillars of support from day one, and to Mike Guibas, whose guidance was instrumental in helping me secure this role. In addition, a massive shout-out to the AR team - Jenny J. Lee, Abhishek Jain, and Jasmine Wade, Felix Lou, Nancy Nayoen Lew whose support, dedication, and professionalism made my job a lot easier and enjoyable.
This transition, albeit surprising, has given me a chance to pause, reflect, and prioritize my own well-being. While there's a part of me that is naturally frustrated, there's a bigger part of me that's optimistic about the road ahead. It's not often we get a chance to step back and reassess our paths, and I'm going to seize this opportunity to do just that.
In the short term, you'll find me on the golf course or at a brewery, savoring the much-needed downtime (and perhaps a beer or two) while also reflecting on my next move. As for the long term, I've already begun exploring a few promising opportunities. However, I’m also open to new leads if anyone cares to toss one my way!
With that being said, here's to the next chapter and the exciting twists and turns it holds. Cheers, and thank you all for your continued support.
A bit late, but I wanted to take a moment to announce that I have officially graduated from The Wharton School School’s executive MBA program!
It’s been an intense 2+ years juggling the pandemic, a new career, and a constant stream of homework and cases. All while trying, (and sometimes failing) to maintain a healthy work/school/life balance.
It was an incredible challenging and undertaking and one I’m proud to say I completed. However, I could not have done it alone. I want to use this post to thank all those who helped get me here, starting with my learning team: Sing Ling, John Bonelli, Ujjwal Tyagi, Bulbul J., Sridhar S..
