Many companies have had the change forced on them but the cat has bolted at this point. This is the #newnormalnow
We are all keen to see a return to "normal". But what will or could that "new normal" be? The #newnormaltocome for lack of a better phrase.
This is not a short-term challenge. We're 6 months in now and there is still no obvious exit strategy. We all need to be thinking longer term. Accepting what is within our gift to shape and decide. Rather than lamenting the things we have little control over.
Maybe the harder truth is that our city centres will have to transform. That maybe that is unavoidable.
