Our latest mailer - New signings! 🤩
☀ Hi everyone, I hope the first half of your year has been happy and successful thus far. Thankfully, the weather has finally picked up and given us a much-needed respite from the ongoing economic uncertainty and some pretty regressive politics.
👶 In other positive and more personal news, our amazing co-founder, Kim Butler, became a mumma to her baby daughter in February! Pip has already been into the office and we played the Succession theme-tune on her arrival... kidding.
⚡ As always, we're a little late in putting together our mailer (it's ok AI will do the next one for us...) and those of you who follow us across socials will have noticed several new signing announcements. We have spent the last 5 and half years building the foundations for our talent company, so it's very exciting to be in a position now to expand on our incredible talent roster into 2023.
👨👩👧👦 Given that we are announcing multiple new members of the 'family' we have decided to focus our latest newsletter only on the new additions. Please click the link below for an introduction to some very exciting new talent signings which include an artist, a life coach, a social activist, a radio dj and a future popstar!

😡 Is it the end of the Alpha CEO?
❌ Spoiler alert...it already ended (Yay!) 🙌
I've run small businesses for the last 12 years, since I was in my early twenties, so I've had to learn in full sight of my teams along the way.
For too long, I attempted to mask my insecurities, concerns, and imposter syndrome.
All that meant was that I wasted valuable energy that could have been better spent in other areas of my work.
Nowadays, in contrast...
💧 I am transparent with my team when I don't have the answer
💭 I ask my team for their ideas and thoughts throughout the process 👂 and listen to their answers
🤗 I aim to create a safe space where the team can be comfortable disagreeing with an approach or idea
I can't begin to tell you how much more productive this approach has been and in turn helped build a really strong and collabortive team.
I love being part of a business where ideas are free to constantly fly around the room 💡
Hope this is helpful to someone!
Justin.

The second shot shows his entire staff stopped in their tracks, aghast at witnessing their boss spectacularly lose control of his temper.
