I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Director of Sales at Lexipol!
After a little over 3 wild months of searching, I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Senior Inside Account Executive at Veradigm®!
Why Veradigm? I had 3 main criteria during my job hunt: strong product market fit, great leadership, and a culture of winning.
Veradigm has all 3 and were able to show me. While it often felt counterintuitive, I had to pass on a few opportunities to stay true to my criteria, knowing it meant long term satisfaction.
Why AE vs leading a sales team? A couple reasons.
Veradigm's products are fantastic, proven by reviews and the growth they've experienced over the last few years, so getting back to selling felt like an exciting opportunity to get back in the saddle. Which leads me to my next point: execution.
Selling in today's market conditions is hard. I know what I'm capable of in terms of production, so it's time to prove it again. The most fierce competitions are ones with ourselves. I firmly believe that sales execution will be the biggest differentiator for salespeople today.
Lastly, I just needed a change. I took a few gambles in early stage startups and while I wouldn't trade that time for anything, I did not achieve the results I wanted.
As Arnold famously said in his commencement speech, "... there's no such thing as a self-made man..." and I'm truly blessed to have a fantastic network who provided the support needed to weather the storm. Thank you sincerely to everyone who liked, commented, reposted, DM'd, or just listened after a tough day.
That being said, if you're still looking for your next role, please take a look at our careers page and reach out ASAP if I can help in any way: https://lnkd.in/gB5eCg8c
Looking forward to a killer 2024!
