What an incredible week in paradise! I had the immense privilege of joining fellow Dutonians in Maui for PagerDuty's Champions Club—a well-deserved celebration after an ambitious year.

From teeing off at the breathtaking Wailea Golf Club to snorkeling amid vibrant marine life at Molokini Crater, every experience was unforgettable. The evenings were no less amazing, with a mesmerizing drone show lighting up the Hawaiian skies.

Amidst the stunning natural scenery and adventures, I'm grateful for the opportunity to connect with colleagues and our amazing leaders. Their insights and PagerDuty's amazing culture keep fueling my passion.

This trip was the perfect reminder of why I love being a part of this exceptional team. A heartfelt mahalo to my partner Lydia for the endless support, and to PagerDuty for this once-in-a-lifetime experience. Feeling recharged, inspired, and ready for whatever comes next!

"We're seeing companies and employees adopt automation more readily now"

Some thoughts from our CEO, Jennifer Tejada, on CNBC Squawk on the Street, talking about the adoption of automation and AI and how organizations work with Pagerduty to optimize their digital operations.

Some of my personal key takeaways:

  • Customers are being thoughtful and cautious on where they're making investments...but they're still making investments in essential areas that help them grow revenue, improve efficiency and reduce costs of material operational failures.
  • Employees have transitioned from fearing job displacement due to automation to actively adopting it to boost personal productivity and enhance organizational efficiency.
  • Teams and organizations are leveraging Pagerduty's generative AI to do their work faster.
