Last Friday I said goodbye...

Nearly six years ago I started an incredible journey with a company called Subsplash and it has been an adventure that has profoundly shaped me, both personally and professionally. If you haven't heard of Subsplash before, it's an all-in-one world-class software platform designed for churches that enables engagement, discipleship and ongoing connection through digital tools. It's an incredible platform with an even more compelling mission.

But beyond the platform itself (which again, is a best-in-industry solution 🙂), it's hands down one of the best cultures I have ever been a part of. I have many memories and pivotal moments that have had a profound impact on my life. And while I don't have the capacity on LinkedIn to recount all of them, I would like to say "Thank You" to a few.

Tim Turner Thank you for saying yes to God all those years ago in starting Subsplash. Your conviction to "Glorify God and Proclaim Jesus is Lord" is more than the intro to Subsplash's mission statement - it's something that has impacted literally millions of people around the world. What an honor to be a part of the story God is continuing to write through your life and faith.

Chris Sharpe My friend, your leadership and unconquerable hope kept us all moving forward with joy - all while climbing AOP mountains. The vision and juggernaut culture you initiated on our sales teams continues to thrive today, and I am so grateful for every opportunity you allowed me to be a part of.

Joel Wildeboer Thank you for taking a chance on me. I am blessed to have had a front row seat to your life and leadership journey. More than your professional investment, your invitation to friendship and intimacy changed my life. You towed the line of grace and accountability, cheering and challenging and fought tirelessly to lift everyone around you. I am a better man because of you.

Jordan Head Leading a fearless team of (now 30+) SDRs with you has been one of the sweetest seasons I have ever experienced. Your care of people is unmatched, your humility and adaptability to lead through every season is exceptional. You are one-of-one and serving alongside of you has been life-changing. I'm grateful for your friendship.

SDR Team, thank you for the opportunity to run alongside of each of you over the last 18 months. What an incredible Subsplash journey that is only just getting started!! To see the team grow in size, stature and success has been a gift. I have laughed, cried, and experienced so many amazing moments with each of you. Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your lives. Serving with you has been the honor of a lifetime.

I'll share more in the coming weeks about where our family is headed next, which literally includes a relocation to Oklahoma City (Thunder Up!), but until then I would just like to say, "Thank You, Subsplash."

I am forever grateful for the friendships and opportunities gained along the way. Subsplash, God bless and Godspeed.
