Jutta Neitzel is the Head of Programme for School-based Programmes at the World Food Programme (WFP).12 She is responsible for leading Workstream 4, which focuses on strengthening programmatic approaches in key areas and increasing investment in school feeding.1 Neitzel is part of the School-based Programmes Team at WFP, working alongside other key members such as Carmen Burbano (Director) and María José Rojas (Deputy Director).1
