Hello, LinkedIn community! 👋

I'm thrilled to share some incredibly exciting news with all of you. Vitalus Health and the Indus River Ventures team have recently welcomed remarkable new leadership, and the impact has been truly transformative. Our new CEO has new perspectives and a steadfast commitment to driving positive change in the healthcare industry. Stay tuned for more details on this exciting announcement and my role in this new chapter.

The 42nd Annual JP Morgan Conference was an enlightening experience, providing valuable insights from industry pioneers. The Amazon effect continues to shape the healthcare landscape, and its involvement is undeniably valuable. From innovative solutions for conditions like diabetes with Dexcom and Omada Health, to new collaborations and partnerships such as Omada and Amazon, and companies such as Tempus AIand ConcertAI using data to enhance lives, the conference was a testament to the power of innovation in healthcare.

Indeed, we are here to meet with Fortune partners, collaborators, new startups, and high-growth startups to invest in or facilitate transactions and high-scale commercial growth

One of the highlights was gaining insights into Philip's healthcare through the words of their CEO, Roy Jakobs. It's evident that they remain committed to sleep and respiratory health, as well as drug delivery. Additionally, Michael "Mick" Farrell, the CEO of ResMed, shared valuable perspectives on insomnia, a condition that our team at IRV and Vitalus Health has been focused on since 2015. The long-term and near-term interest in insomnia as a large TAM, impacting many other conditions and causing significant health issues, is a testament to the importance of addressing this area of healthcare. Mick's explanation of GLP1 non-impact and albeit positive impact was helpful to many who are not involved day in and day out in the operation of the sleep industry.

The candidness of Jamie Dimon, CEO of JPMorgan Chase, as he spoke about healthcare, geopolitical and political thoughts, and the economy, was truly refreshing. His insights added a valuable layer to the discussions at the conference. A huge thank you to the JP Morgan team for the invite. As we embrace change and innovation, I can't help but think about the potential of hosting future events in Houston, TX. With the largest medical center in the world, top institutions like UT Houston, Houston Methodist, Baylor College of Medicine, and the incredible infrastructure through TMC, it's a hub of healthcare excellence that's ready to take on new traditions.

I'm looking forward to connecting with you and sharing your insights. Let's keep driving positive change in healthcare together! 💡
