Kaitlynne Roling is a dedicated individual with a passion for education, communication, equity, and justice.

She is focused on creating an anti-oppressive world, particularly in the realms of politics, communication, and sports.

Believing that equity and justice should be fundamental in all aspects of life, Kaitlynne emphasizes the importance of liberation in her work.

Apart from her professional endeavors, she is a caring big sister, a skilled Professional Ultimate Frisbee athlete, and actively serves as a non-profit board member during her free time.

In terms of education, she pursued degrees in Political Science and Gender & Women's Studies, while also earning certificates in African Studies and Afro-American Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

She also attended De Forest Area High School.

Throughout her career, Kaitlynne has held various roles in different organizations, including positions at the League of Conservation Voters, the Democratic Party of Wisconsin, the Obama Foundation, and the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Her diverse experiences range from State Capacity Building Associate to Coalitions Director, Regional Communications Manager, Digital Intern, Facilitator, and Intern in both political and educational settings.
