Our FOREVER FIRST LADY and one of the most brilliant, beautiful, and impressive women on earth gave one of the most brilliant, beautiful, and impressive speeches I have ever heard in my life. She told us what to do, when to do it, why to do it, and how to do it. She reminded us- no DEMANDED US- to stop complaining, handwringing, pussyfooting, whining, and worrying and DO SOMETHING! Say that, sis. PREACH!!! She said this is not a party thing, it’s a character thing. It’s a democracy thing. It’s a values thing. It’s a “we know better so do better” kind of thing. I dare anyone of any party to watch what we saw from Barack and Michelle last night and argue that they don’t want their kids to look up to people like this. Our leaders should inspire us to be better, not worse.
