He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Columbia University, a Juris Doctor (JD) from Harvard Law School, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School, showcasing a unique blend of technical, legal, and business expertise.

Throughout his career, Kareem has held diverse roles in notable organizations like ADL Ventures, Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, KKR, Antin Infrastructure Partners, BDT & Company, Clean Energy Ventures, NextEra Energy Resources, Kirkland & Ellis, Zenith Energy U.S., and the Esposito Research Group. Additionally, he has been actively involved in leadership positions in the National Society of Black Engineers, where he served as Chapter President, Treasurer, Programs Chair, and Freshman Liaison, highlighting his commitment to community engagement and mentorship.
