Karen Davis is an accomplished consultant and former corporate and nonprofit leader known for her expertise in coalition building, nonprofit board governance, strategic planning, and coaching.

Throughout her career, she has excelled in designing top corporate social responsibility programs, fostering partnerships between sectors, aligning brands with purpose, and implementing successful grantmaking and fundraising strategies.

Karen's specialized areas of focus include nonprofit board engagement, civic engagement, education, equity and inclusion, foster care, anti-bullying initiatives, mental wellness, loneliness, health equity, and hunger insecurity.

She holds a Board Source certification in Nonprofit Board Consulting, emphasizing her dedication to governance excellence.

Driven by the belief in the power of ideas, Karen has demonstrated a commitment to creating positive impacts in diverse sectors through collaboration and partnership building.

Her board experience includes positions in organizations such as RI Board of Education, Kids Count RI, Collette Vacations Foundation, and SOS Children's Villages, among others.

Karen was honored with the 2019 Trailblazer Award by the Association of Corporate Citizenship Professionals for her outstanding contributions.

She pursued her education at the University of Rhode Island and The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, earning degrees in Business Management Marketing and Global Executive Management, respectively.

Karen has held notable positions including CEO/Social Impact Strategist at Northstar Impact Group, Senior Vice President at Hasbro Foundation, Vice President Community Relations at Hasbro, and Director roles at Hasbro and the University of Rhode Island.
