Karen Hatley

Karen Hatley is an accomplished professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in global missions and leadership studies.

She holds a Master of Divinity (MDiv) in Global Missions from Baylor University - Truett Seminary, a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Leadership Studies from Dallas Baptist University, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Speech Communication and Rhetoric from Texas State University-San Marcos.

Karen has contributed her expertise to various organizations, serving in roles such as Facilitator at Development Associates International, Global Support at Beyond - Transforming Unreached Peoples, and Instructor at Perspectives on the World Christian Movement.

Her past experiences include leadership positions such as Director of Global Connections, Missions Mobilization at Baptist General Convention of Texas, Director of International Connections at WorldconneX Missions Network, and Strategy Coordinator at Cooperative Baptist Fellowship.

Karen also has a background in education, having previously served as the State Director of Speech, Debate, and Spelling at University Interscholastic League and as a Secondary School Teacher of Public Speaking & Debate at Katy ISD.
