Karen Normandin is the President of Kennebec Valley Community College (KVCC) in Fairfield, Maine. She has been associated with KVCC for over 30 years, holding various leadership roles, including Vice President of Student Affairs, Dean of Students, and Director of TRIO Student Support Services. She was appointed as the permanent president in May 2022 after serving as interim president since 2021.134

Normandin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Saint Anselm College and a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Ball State University.
