Karen R. Chesney is a seasoned Change Leader and executive-level trusted advisor with a focus on helping customers achieve their business objectives using technology to drive efficiency and effectiveness. Her expertise lies in cloud-based technology implementations, Change Management, Enterprise Communication, Best Practices, Training/Enablement, and User Adoption. Karen holds several Salesforce Certifications including Administrator, Sales Cloud Implementation Consultant, and Service Cloud Implementation Consultant.

With a strong foundation in building successful Independent Consulting practices over the past five years, Karen has cultivated a robust network of Salesforce clients and industry peers. Since 2003, she has led numerous triumphant Salesforce implementations, spearheading Change and Communication Strategies to ensure high User Adoption rates while personally training thousands of users.

Karen pursued a BA in Psychology with a specialization in Business Administration from the University of California, Los Angeles, and later earned an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the University of Washington, Michael G. Foster School of Business.
