The Magic of Travel, Amplified
There's a certain magic to travel. It broadens our horizons, exposes us to new cultures, and creates memories that last a lifetime. As a passionate traveler myself, I've always craved a way to weave that magic into my career.
About three months ago, while having a conversation with Bhavesh Vaghela, we discovered a surprising amount of common ground, bonding not just over upcoming product launches, but also over our shared love for exploring new cultures, indulging in delicious food, and the thrill of travel in general. Since then, I've joined the incredible product team crafting products and features designed to enhance the traveler's journey.
It's been an amazing experience to combine my passion for travel with the power of storytelling at Collinson. Collaborating with talented global teams, supporting product launches and crafting narratives that bring Collinson's travel products to life. It's truly an honor to play a role in shaping the journeys of travelers everywhere.
Working at Collinson feels more than just a job; it's a shared passion that fuels innovation. Travel isn't just a destination here, it's the inspiration that drives us to create meaningful experiences for travelers worldwide.

💥🚀 The power of discipline, preparation & community💥
Let's kick off this marathon tale with a little confession: I've always been a runner at heart, but racing? That was uncharted territory for me. That all changed in 2019 when Collinson my employer threw a curveball my way—a chance to tackle the London Marathon, all in the name of charity with Heads Together. And let me tell you, it was a game-changer.
Picture this: me, a lifelong runner, always loved hitting the pavement and trails but never quiet dare to take on a race. Until Collinson was raffling off spots, all in the name of charity. I threw my hat in the ring, but luck wasn't on my side. Or so I thought.
Turns out, fate had other plans. A colleague bids adieu, and suddenly, I'm the one lacing up for the London Marathon, representing Collinson on the grandest stage of 'em all.
Cue the fundraising frenzy! Local colleagues and from across the globe rallied behind me, and we went full throttle. But just when things were heating up, bam! The pandemic hits, and everything goes topsy-turvy. Virtual race it is, then.
So there I am, mapping out a course through Dallas, with my Collinson crew cheering me on through my route and from afar. Talk about a team effort!
Through the ups and downs, one thing's crystal clear: Collinson lit the fire under my running passion. Their support? Unmatched. From Dallas to dreams of London, they've been the wind beneath my wings.
And you know what? Someday, I've got my sights set on an even bigger dream: representing Collinson once again, but this time pounding the pavement along The Mall, crossing that iconic London Marathon finish line. It's a goal that's etched in my heart—a reminder of the journey still ahead, filled with determination and the unwavering support of my Collinson family.
Now, about those race times. Started off at 4 hours and 15 minutes in Dallas—not too shabby. But with some serious hustle, I shaved off a cool 25 minutes for my third marathon. Boom! 3 hours and 50 minutes, was my time this past Sunday running the hilliest race I’ve done. This was in Austin, Texas.
As I reflect on this marathon journey, one thing rings true: discipline, preparation, and community are the cornerstones of success. They've been my guiding stars, propelling me forward when the road got tough. With every stride, I'm reminded of the power of dedication, the importance of readiness, and the sheer strength found in coming together as a community. Here's to chasing dreams, conquering miles, and embracing the journey—one step at a time.
