Karl H Richter is a Co-Founder of iSumio, creating software for organizations to assess their impact on the environment and society. He serves as the Executive Director of EngagedX, offering consultancy, advocacy, and policy services internationally. With a background as an entrepreneur, leader, and executive, Karl lectures at the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management.

In his previous roles, Karl led research initiatives for the UNDP SDG Impact Finance, advised the European Commission on Social Business, and contributed to the OECD expert group on social impact investing. He is currently a Senior Fellow at the Finance Innovation Lab and advises various organizations globally.

Karl Richter is a sought-after speaker and has delivered talks in Europe, Asia, and the USA on social impact investing. He has also published works on topics like ESG data and social impact investment. His educational background includes an MBA with a focus on entrepreneurship and project management, complemented by a foundation in architecture from Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University.

Throughout his career, Karl has held various advisory and leadership positions in organizations ranging from the United Nations to the Finance Innovation Lab.
