Highlights
Welcome to week 7 of 10BY10! This week we're taking a different approach, with Avii's summary being served in a podcast interview format - covering a recent report by Stats Canada on AI Occupational Exposure in Canada and the impact on the labor force.
Behind the scenes: The original script was developed by an Agentiiv agent: https://lnkd.in/gZ3sMgNM and then quickly generated into the interview format via wondercraft: https://lnkd.in/gsZmjc3v From upload to distill to podcast was a ~15 minute workflow! This is similar to an experimental platform workflow created by google to summarize arXiv articles on demand: https://lnkd.in/gCa2h-u4
Implications: AI enabled workflows like this one can have significant implications on learning and development methods and the presentation of complex technical content.
How I use it: Every morning I drop 5 technical papers on AI and ML from arXiv (many of which are technically dense and over 40 pages) into google's illuminate platform and instantly transform them into a series of 6 minute engaging podcasts - just enough for my morning dog walk and to decide which ones to dive into further. Here's one from my playlist: https://lnkd.in/gtt8DzqN
The original 34 page paper from stats can can be found here if you'd like to learn more about domestic labor impact of AI: https://lnkd.in/gHH5j3Eq
