Karn Ghosh is an entrepreneur and healthcare innovator who co-founded and served as CEO of Kinela, a health-tech company focused on providing healthcare services to vulnerable populations.12 He graduated from the University of Sydney with first-class honors in physiotherapy in 2010.3

Ghosh's entrepreneurial journey began after working as a clinical physiotherapist in rural NSW. He founded SportsMed Studio in 2012 and launched Stretch HD, an app providing clinical stretching programs.3 In 2014, he founded Hit 100 (later rebranded as Kinela), a meal delivery service designed to support people with diabetes and other health conditions.35

Under Ghosh's leadership, Kinela expanded its services to include:

  1. Food coaching
  2. Meal plans
  3. Home-delivered meals for people with disabilities
  4. Texture-modified meals for people with swallowing difficulties3

Kinela also acquired Therapy Connect, an online allied health provider, to expand its services in the disability sector.25

After nearly a decade as Founder & CEO of Kinela, Ghosh announced his decision to step down from his role on February 26, 2024, to explore new opportunities.46
