Karolina Mellor is a highly accomplished professional with a strong educational background in Biology, Biotechnology, and Microbiology. She obtained her PhD in Biology from the University of Virginia, her MS in Biotechnology from Lodz University of Technology, and studied Microbiology at Ghent University.

Karolina has held various significant roles in prestigious organizations. Currently, she serves as a Program Manager at Yale School of Forestry & Environmental Studies. Previously, she worked as a Project Manager & Project Coordinator at the same institution. Karolina also has prior experience as a Post-Doctoral Research Associate at the University of Virginia and as a Licensing Intern at the University of Virginia Licensing & Ventures Group.
