Having pursued a Master of Science in Computer Science from UC San Diego and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering from The National Institute Of Engineering, Mysore, Kashyap boasts a strong educational foundation.

His early academic achievements include completing the All India Senior School Certificate Examination (AISSCE) with a focus on Science (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology) at Abu Dhabi Indian School.

Throughout his career, Kashyap has held various roles in esteemed organizations, such as serving as a Member of the US Technology Policy Committee at ACM and the Future of Computing Academy at ACM. He has also worked as Head of Platform Engineering at Verily and in roles as a Staff Software Engineer/Manager at Google.

Kashyap's professional journey also includes significant contributions as a Graduate Student Researcher at the Department of Biomedical Informatics, University of California, San Diego, and as a Founder at DailyWage with MIT-Google Global Startup Labs. His diverse experiences also encompass roles as a Software Engineering Intern at Google, a Teaching Assistant at the Department of Computer Science & Engineering, UC San Diego, Founder & Technical Lead at Vayam, Software Developer at DarkMyst IRC Network, and Web Developer in Freelance capacities.
