Kasia Reterska is a seasoned sustainability and social impact strategist with two decades of experience, currently heading the U.S. sustainability and social impact division at Burson. Previously, she served as the executive vice president for social impact and sustainability at The Weber Shandwick Collective.

With a diverse portfolio, Kasia has spearheaded successful initiatives across various realms like environmental sustainability, diversity equity and inclusion (DEI), human rights, global health, and LGBTQ issues, catering to a broad spectrum of clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to global NGOs and United Nations agencies.

Kasia's expertise extends to providing strategic guidance to c-suite executives on leadership positioning, organizational effectiveness, policy advocacy, societal impact, and stakeholder value. She has collaborated with renowned organizations including AB InBev, Dell Technologies, IBM, Johnson & Johnson, Kate Spade, UNDP, UNICEF, and Warner Bros.

Starting her career with grassroots campaigns in countries like Colombia, Malawi, and Russia, Kasia has evolved into a trusted advisor for CEOs, heads of state, Nobel laureates, and climate advocates. Her educational background includes a Master of Arts in International Relations and Affairs, a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies, and coursework in Film/Cinema/Video Studies from prestigious institutions.

Having held key positions at Burson, Weber Shandwick, and US Pharmacopeia, among others, Kasia has garnered a wealth of experience in driving impactful social change through innovative strategies and collaborations.
