I’m excited to share that I recently started a new position as a Global Organization Effectiveness Design Consultant at McDonald's last month! Diving into HR has been very exciting and I can tell that I’ve joined a great team of professionals who make true impact.
It was a bittersweet decision, as I began my career at Allstate, learning so much in their Leadership Development Program, with roles in Marketing and Management Consulting. I am so thankful for my encouraging teams, kind managers, thoughtful mentors, and lifelong friends made there.
