As the Director of the ICC World Chambers Federation (WCF), Julian collaborates with chamber of commerce leaders worldwide, leveraging his extensive experience and multilingual skills in English, French, Spanish, and Portuguese.

With an international upbringing and dual French and UK citizenship, Julian has cultivated a diverse professional background spanning Paris, Buenos Aires, and Sao Paulo. His 20-year career has involved engagement with a wide range of organizations, governments, corporations, startups, NGOs, and academia.

Julian's leadership style, characterized as 'Energizer' by a prominent executive search firm, emphasizes the value of providing purpose and influencing positive outcomes through effective collaboration with colleagues, peers, and partners.

His educational background includes studies in Leadership and Business at Imd Business School, International Relations at Sciences Po, and International Relations and Government at Cornell University.
